The Disability Rights Section seeks a Supervisory Trial Attorney (Deputy Chief) to manage attorneys and professional staff in enforcing the integration mandate of Title II of the
Americans with Disabilities Act. The integration mandate requires public entities to administer services, programs, and activities in the most integrated setting appropriate to the needs of qualified individuals with disabilities.
