The role will focus on providing legal advice on privacy laws and regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices regarding a broad range of strategic legal and business matters; performing privacy impact assessments and similar analyses of existing and proposed products, services, systems, and processes, and creates appropriate design and compliance requirements; drafting and negotiating privacy and data security provisions in commercial contracts.; drafting internal and public-facing privacy policies and other documentation; providing privacy and security training to raise awareness across the enterprise; and analyzing proposed privacy and security legislation and regulations and provides subject matter expertise to T-Mobile’s Government Affairs team.
