Hope you TriHards are almost ready to be back in school and get back to training! Here's just a few more updates before we get to the start of the year.

1. Fill out this Google Form so we can begin establishing a roster and make sure everyone always gets reimbursed!

2. If you do that form, follow @triathlonwashu on Twitter, and submit a 10-15 second "Why You Tri" clip by September 1st, you'll get $10 off dues for the semester! Plus, the maker of the best clip, whether current or alumni will get a box of nutrition of their choice!

3. The activities fair is Friday, September 2nd from 4:30-6 PM! This is our main source of recruiting for fall semester so if you can be there that would be awesome. We'll probably have a couple of trainers set up and what not so bring your gear. Plus, the more intimidating looking people in trisuits the better!

4. Swim schedule. See the attached form for all of the nights throughout the semester we have the pool!

5. Expect a team party/possibly mixer within the first month of classes, Adam Becker and I will be working out the details on this in the coming weeks!

6. Expect a team dinner/super awesome bonding event within the first two weeks of classes, Team Bonding Chair I Grabes and I will be working out the details for this as well over the next couple of weeks!

7. Have any questions about racing? Reach out to me or one of our VPs: the Nick squad (Rafferty and Cornejo)

8. Want to get a workout schedule going before we get into the heat of practices? Reach out to Jessica Hao, Reid Schur, and Sam Cohen for swim, bike, and run, respectively!

9.  Preliminary Practice Schedule, Let me know what you think and how these times work for you:
Sunday: Long run- 10:00 - 11:30 AM *will move to 11 once it cools off a bit*
Monday: Swim- 8:30-10:30 PM
Tuesday: Track Workout and Core- 4:00-5:30 PM
Wednesday: Run with run club! (meet at clockstick at 5 PM!), Swim- 8:30-10:30 PM
Thursday: Park Run/Hill Workout- 4:00-5:30 PM
Friday: Off day/lift if you want (say 2 PM in AC?)
Saturday: Ride (15-50 miles depending on the week)- 11 AM

10. Drink lots of water while working out right now, the East Coast especially is utterly ablaze, a good guideline for maintaining hydration is dividing the temperature by 10 and drinking that many ounces of water every 20 minutes of exercise!

XOXO,

President Kramer
