Heavy trucks on 216

Dear Neighbours,

Some time ago 275 of you signed a petition requesting enforcement to stop trucks using 216 as a “defacto “ truck route. 

We are hearing/ seeing 1 truck every 1-2 minutes during rush hour on the section of 216 that is not a truck route ( 88 south to Telegraph Trail )

Therefore I need your support asking for help . Email mayorc...@tol.ca

With so many truckers using their engine brakes on this road one has to wonder if many of these trucks are unsafe ? Usage is for emergencies only .
