Chef Dean Max will feature three courses from his new cookbook "A Life
By The Sea" and three courses by Wally Joe utilizing the freshest
seasonl ingrediants available. Wines will be paired to each course.
The cost of this six course meal is $100 per person, plus tax and
gratuity.
Chef Dean Max will be in Memphis at Wally Joe Restaurant promoting his
new book on April 25, 2005. Signed copies will be available for
purchase at a reception 5:30 - 6:30 with light hors d'oeuvres being
served. The dinner will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m.
