We are looking out for International Call Center professionals with Experience range of 1 to 3years
Role: Collections Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide world-class service by resolving payment queries to the customers, partners,vendors and employees.
* Understand and effectively demonstrate and communicate the processes and procedures.
* Contribute to the success of the program through effective teamwork.
* Act as the liaison to all other Oracle divisions.

PRE-REQUISITES
- Should be a Graduate
- Open to work in shift timings
- Must have experienced in an international call center background

DESIRED SKILL SET
* 1+ years of international call center experience.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* Customer Service, sales, and/or business experience.
* Computer Skills (WORD, Email & Internet).
* Problem solving skills.
* Previous work experience in a multi-cultural environment.* Ability to work with global virtual teams.
* Ability to handle high stress situations.
* Demonstrates initiative and ability to assimilate knowledge quickly.
