Manage customer inquiries and provide end to end resolution
Responding to Customer Queries through mail.
Acting as a primary interface for all customer service inquiries
Handling inquiries and reporting to Concerned Authorities

Good Written & verbal Communication Skill (Excellent Written Skills)
Experience and even freshers are welcomed.
Analytical Skill ( basic computers skills i,e excel )
Graduate with experience & even freshers are welcomed.
Salary: 1.5 to 2.25lakhs + incentives + Shift allowence
