Accenture, one of the world's leading management consulting, technology services and outsourcing companies, is looking for young, enthusiastic professionals for Voice openings in Chennai for its BPO operations.

We are looking for
- Graduates / Post Graduates / with 0 – 5 yrs of exp
- B.E/B.Tech graduates and  must have prior voice exp for a minimum of 6 months.
- Candidates with backlogs/arrears in their degree are not eligible

Desired Profile:
Candidate should have 0-5 years of experience in Customer Support Voice Process.
Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills
Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred
Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.
Should be open to work in any shift.

- Undergraduates (XII standard) with more than 6 months of work experience in BPO
- Graduates / Post Graduates / Diploma Holders with any exp

- Candidates with backlogs/arrears in their degree are not eligible

Desired Profile

Fresher or experience in voice-based technical support
should have knowledge of troubleshooting in internet support services for clients
Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Should be able to diffuse volatile situations when distressed or irate customers call for support
should be able to deliver quality customer service and technical service support for clients
Job profile deals in semi – tech process
