Job Description
•Contacting the Carriers & CSRs via Phone / E-mail to get info required by the Loss Runs team (Contact details, Fax nos, E-mail IDs, Web site access credentials, Alternate contact details, etc,.) Escalation process for Loss Runs
•Reporting on a daily basis to the supervisor on the work done
•Interacting with the US counterpart on a weekly basis to provide and gather any updates
•Reporting to Process TL
•Internet research for contact details & working on various carrier websites
Position open only to male candidates as the individual would be working in core night shifts.
