our new energy neighbor NRG

I have been visiting their website for a few weeks now and today I find they show there offers for electric and gas.  

Below I will attach the website plans page and was asking for any reviews of those listed.  I am a concerned resident that would love to try saving money on these monthly charges with our new company in town.  Any help would be great,
