Larry, Diane and I will be there, but I need some info.

It has been a long time since I attended. Seems in the past we would
meet together for supper the first night. That was the only thing on the
agenda as I recall.

Also, I assume Saturday evening will be the final event. Is there
anything planned for Sunday morning?

Please let me know whether there is anything before supper on 27 May or
anything on Sunday 30 May.

We will be driving from here in beautiful, scenic, downtown Leavenworth,
KS. Then leave from Murray to drive to Ohio to see kids and grandkids.
Your response will help me make the Hampton reservation and any other
reservations we may need as we travel.

I am really looking forward to this.

Hi Rich:

Right, we just meet for supper on Thurs. night for those who are there.  The meeting starts at 9 a. m. on Friday morning.  We all meet for Supper on Friday night.  Sat. morning will be the Fort Donelson tour for those who wish to go--usually about a third go, and the rest take a pass.  Hope this helps.  

My wife Jennifer will also be coming.  Diane is welcome to join her at the pool if she doesn't have other plans.  Let me know if you have other questions.

Friends, we are finalizing our plans for the Murray meeting.    First:  The deadline for reserving the rooms at the Hampton Inn is the end of April.     The number for reservations is 270-767-2226.   The code is LDE.

 

Second, as a financial report, I’m attaching the 3/31/21 bank statement.   We have had no expenditures in 2020 (as best I can recall) or 2021.  We have had two new members, Chris Mortenson, nominated by Tom deBlack, and Eric Wittenburg, nominated by Dave Powell.    Our bank statement reflects their payments of the $100 fee. 

 

Third, I’ve attached our agenda and information as to our meal schedule.   

 

Here is who has reservations so far:  Daniel, Elliott, Cone, Kiper, McDonough, Powell, McMurry, Schiller.  There are four rooms remaining in the block..

 

We hope that some of you who have not committed will, now that you have (hopefully) been vaccinated, come to Murray.  

 

Larry and I look forward to seeing everyone there.
