The American Society of Victimology it’s 2010 meeting in on February 23^rd in San Diego, CA (http://american-society-victimology.us/events/asv_2010/2010Flyer.pdf). The half-day Colloquium, followed by an Awards Reception, will be held in cooperation with the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences (ACJS) annual meeting.  More details about the ASV Colloquium are available at our events page:  http://american-society-victimology.us/events/. There is a great room rate at the ACJS conference hotel and you may also want to consider also staying for the ACJS annual meeting.  At the ACJS annual meeting we will be inaugurating a new ACJS Section on Victimology.  All these events will provide a great opportunity to bring academic victimologists and victim advocacy and service providing practitioners together ultimately for the benefit of victims and survivors of crime.
