Information Request: INTERVICT - National Victim Rights Documents

INTERVICT (International Victimology Institute, Tilburg, Netherlands) has produced several editions of the Compilation of International Victim's Rights Instruments: http://tinyurl.com/ye8r4ge

They are now in the process of creating the third edition of this work.  They would therefore like to make a call for information,  asking that those who know of regional documents (outside of Europe as these are included) that deserve a place in the compilation.
