announcing the WSUiR-announce email discussion list

WSUiR friends and supporters,

We are spawning a second discussion list out of the original WSUiR discussion list:

• Our original list, still called WSU-Inter...@googlegroups.com, is intended for DJs, staff, volunteers, and anybody who wants to be actively involved in WSUiR. Anybody can post to this list, and it is intended for general discussion and support of WSUiR. If you have an idea for WSUiR, this is where to post it. When we need help distributing fliers, organizing events, etc., this is where we will ask. The list doesn't have high volume, but when a special event roles around, expect some activity.
• Our new list is called WSUiR-a...@googlegroups.com. This is intended for people who wish to stay informed about WSUiR but do not their email cluttered with the various activities supporting an event or a development. Members of the arts community who do not seek active involvement with WSUiR might subscribe to this list. WSUiR-announce is a very low activity list which only the WSUiR committee can post to. Only special events and developments for WSUiR are announced here. Expect less than one post each week from this list.

Currently most of you are subscribed to both lists, so you probably received two copies of this message. You only need to subscribe to one as everything on the WSUiR-announce  will be cced to the original WSU-Internet-Radio list. All DJs, staff, and volunteers for WSUiR need to subscribe to WSU-Inter...@googlegroups.com.

At the bottom of this message you will see an option to unsubscribe, giving you an easy way to choose which list you wish to be a member of.
