1st & 2nd lessons

Greetings,

 

As you know, our first lessons will take place over the Labor Day weekend.  I will arrive the morning of August 30 and leave the afternoon of September 1.  Please communicate with Tim Jones about your lesson time.  

 

Because I do not want there to be too much time between our 1st & 2nd lessons, I will see you again very soon -- arriving the morning of September 5 and leaving the afternoon of September 7.  Since the 5th is a Friday, we must take care that these lessons not conflict with Friday classes.  We will arrange the particular lesson times for this September 5-7 visit when we are all together during my 1st visit.

 

When I wrote to you last month I didn't know that this WSU-Viol...@googlegroups.com "group" included some who were not enrolled in John Harrison's violin class.  I learned only this past week that I will therefore not be teaching everyone who had written to me.  This past Friday Dr. J.P. Johnson gave me my "official list" of violin students, and hopefully things are now set.  If further clarification is needed, please speak with Dr. Johnson.

 

I'm really looking forward to seeing you.  Please "put your best foot forward" with whatever Bach sonata or partita you've chosen.
