Fee and Rates Listing Requirement

Are Washington State schools required to publish an annual document with complete listing of all campus Fees and Rates? My documentation says it is "required by RCW 28B.15" but doesn't point me to a specific section and I can't seem to find the relevant language. Any help is appreciated!

Take a look at RCW 28B.15.0681. It addresses information provided to students on tuition billing statements or websites.
