Hello,, 

Are any of our members here using Workday (particularly Workday Student) as their ERP system? 

I am looking for others who have recently implemented or are going through an implementation with Workday.   Just looking to connect on wins, pain points, etc.. as we navigate this new system.

Hi Marisa,

 

With student not being in Workday, do you issue your student refund payments out of Workday or your student system?  And do you have a reconciliation process between student and finance?

We actually issue our checks from our old system, Student Database.    Our Accounting unit does have a process for balancing, but I am not involved in that portion.   Lissa, I can connect you with them if you are interested.
