Anyone planning to race tonight?

Hi All,

I'm debating whether it is worth driving through rain on the beltway to
race tonight.  The wind forecasts are a bit scattered.  I don't want to
drive 2 hours to find out no one else there.

Who is planning to race?

Forecast looks OK. Big gust spread at 5pm (11g18) but diminishing as the evening progresses.
