West River Memorial Race Mark

For those that were at the Skipper’s Meeting on Tuesday, 4/21/2026, I found my notes on the idea of the memorial race mark which was inspired a few years ago by a SA article linked to below for reference.

Perhaps this would be a worthy use of at least some of the remaining WRCRA funds.

David - My thought was something that went in at beginning of season and out at end similar to how PCRC marks that they used for the big boat races.
