Sail/tramp Repair- Loft Recommendations?

Yet another bunch of questions for the group!

Going to a midpole snuffer I realized I need a third attachment point for my spinnaker to get it into the snuffer. Does anyone have personal  recommendations for sail lofts that can add strong points/loops to a spinnaker? Hopefully it is cheaper than a new or used one. 

On the used question, would a used F16 spinnaker work with my Taipan? 

I also need to get my tramp revamped this winter. Any recommendations on places that can do reinforcements/adding big grommets, etc? 

And finally, I also have to replace my standing rigging. Does anyone have recommendations for a place they like?
