Does anyone have a copy of the current 2025 WRCRA rules?

I am not looking for the US Sailing Racing Rules of Sailing. 

I am looking for the rules that we debate each year at the WRCRA Skippers Meeting.

I believe Heidi updated them and sent them to this group after the Skippers Meeting.   If you go on the groups page and scroll back to that time frame you should see them.  Ill do a quick check...
