Left behind board

Does anyone claim or know anything about this.  It's  been around the club now for at least a month.  It's in the lost and found at the bottom of the coat rack for the next two weeks. After that, I'm tossing it.

Looks like a hand paddle.. 

Could come in handy on our Tuesday night cat drifters. I'd nobody claims it by your deadline, put it under the cover of my boat..
