1. General (总则)
1.0 General Specifications 说明It is the intent of the Hull
Specifications and accompanying Plan(s) to describe and set forth the
details of technical matters such as design, performance, capacities,
construction, equipment, materials, etc. of a 109m Ocean Barge
Carrier.
本船体说明书(以下简称说明书)和附属图纸旨在说明109m 远洋甲板运输船的设计、性能、舱容、结构、设备、材料等。International
metric units shall be adopted for design and construction of the
vessel.
设计和建造应采取国际法定计量单位(公制)。

1.1General Description 船型The Vessel shall be a self-propelled Barge
Carrier with twin diesel engines and fixed pitch propellers suitable
for carrying large or very large objects and equipments driven by a
high speed marine diesel engine in unlimited areas.

The vessel sails in unlimited area. The classification is CCS:

The hull is single decked, double bottomed, all welded steel, The
Vessel shall have a fully welded continuous upper deck, a balanced

located on forecastle deck as shown on the General Arrangement Plan.

2. Hull Structure 船体结构
1 Hull General 船体概述
2 General 概述

Hull shall be of welded steel structure and shall be designed and
constructed in accordance with the requirements of the Classification
Society and the Builder's practices.
本船为全焊接结构,所有结构构件均应满足船级社规范要求及船东的特殊要求。
The upper deck, after collision bulkhead ,is longitudinally
framed .Before the engine room after collision bulkhead,so are the
sides, double bottom, longitudinal bulkheads. The rest regions,
including forecastle and deckhouse, are transversely framed.
防撞舱壁以后的上甲板,机舱之前舷侧、舱内、纵舱壁、双层底为纵骨架。其余区域,包括首楼和甲板室,为横骨架式。
The hull is single decked and double bottomed with three longitudinal
bulkheads and a flat in the central tank. Three tiers of deckhouses
shall be located on forecastle deck.
本船单甲板,双层底,3道纵舱壁,有平台。首楼甲板上有三层甲板室。
1 Materials and Scantling 材料与规格 2 Materials 材料
(1) The quality of steels including casting and forging shall comply
with the requirements and agreement of the Classification Society.
钢材包括铸件及锻件的质量均满足船级社的要求或经船级社同意。
(2) The items beyond classification should satisfy the requirements of
the Buyer or
Buyer’s representative. 规范以外的项目须满足船东的需求及使用。 _(3) The hull materials
not specified in the rules of the Classification Society shall
be of ordinary commercial quality in accordance with the Chinese
Industrial Standards or equivalent.
船级社没有要求的材料采用中国工业标准或同等的一般质量产品。
(4) Structural steel shall be free from rust pittings, cracks,
laminations and similar defects.
结构用钢应无锈坑,裂缝,斑点,及类似缺点。
(5) Mild steel of grade A is to be used for the hull and deckhouse
structural members, so k=1. Minimum yield stress Ry=235 N/mm2. A 级钢用在船体

Slots, air holes, drain holes and scalloP&S shall be provided, where
necessary, in accordance with the Builder's practices.
若需要须加通焊孔、透气孔、流水孔、通气孔。
Non-watertight structural members shall be provided with access and/or
lightening holes, unless such holes are detrimental to strength of
structural members.
非水密结构在不影响结构强度的情况下可以设人孔。

For good drainage sufficient drain holes shall be provided at bottom
longitudes at aft most bays of water ballast tanks.
在压载水舱的尾部纵向底部上须设置足够的排水孔。
In cases where the sill height for an access opening is over 600 mm,
steP&S shall be provided. 假如入口门槛高度大于600mm ,应设置踏步。
2.2.2 Provisional holes 工艺孔
Provisional holes for the convenience of access, communication or
ventilation for workers during the construction shall be provided on
the bulkheads or other necessary places in accordance with the
Builder's practices, and the holes shall be closed by insert plates
after completion of the work.
为进入作业、通风、等便利,在舱壁及其他必要的处所按船厂要求设置工艺孔,但必须在完工后密封。
2.2.3 Welding and temporary pieces 焊接与修补
Welding shall be carried out in accordance with the Builder's
practices complying with the requirements of the Classification
Society.
由船厂实施的焊接要求须满足船级社要求。
In general, all structures shall continuously be welded except for dry
spaces in superstructure and deckhouses where Intermittent welding may
be applied.
总的来说,除了上层建筑甲板室允许间断焊外其余全部为连续焊。
Excessive distortions of hull structures due to welding, which do not
comply with the Builder's standards shall be cured by means of cold
press, line heating or spot heating as the case may be.
若焊接引起的船体结构变形不能满足建造标准,就需要通过冷、热加工矫正。
Welding procedure including edge preparation and welding scheme shall
be of Builder's practice as approved by the Classification Society.
焊接过程包括准备及焊接计划表由船厂递交船级社。
The steel surfaces shall be dry and free before welding is applied.
钢材表面应干净和清洁。

2.3 Air and Hydrostatic Tests 气密和水密试验
Testing of tanks, bulkheads, etc. shall be carried out in compliance
with the requirements of the Classification Society and the Builder's
practices.
舱室、舱壁等的试验满足船级社及建造习惯。
2.3.1 Air tests 气密试验
Hull tanks shall be tested by pressurized air and soapy water at
assembly or erection stages.
船舱用压缩空气和肥皂水(或单独或一起)作试验。
However, fillet joints of the tank boundaries may be tested locally by
a compressed air or vacuum testing device and then painted prior to
hydrostatic test.
尽管如此,舱室边界连接部分局部仍用压缩空气或真空测试设备测试,在焊缝涂装前作密性测试。
2.3.2 Hydrostatic tests 水密试验
Hydrostatic tests shall be carried out for the tanks designated in
compliance with the requirements of the Classification Society by
fresh or sea water afloat or in the dry-dock.

2.4 Non-Destructive Tests for Hull Structures 船体结构无损检测
Radiographic and/or ultrasonic tests for welds shall be carried out in
compliance with therequirements of the Classification Society. The
location and number of radiographic tests shall be in Classification
compliance with the requirements of the Society.
X光与/或超声波在船级社要求的位置检测,位置与数量按船级社规定定。Position of NDT shall not be released
to workers prior to the tests.
重要部位的无损检测不能减免。
3. Material Protection 材料保护

Painting works shall be carried out by airless spray. However, hand
brush or roller may be used where it is impracticable to use spray.

Technical requirements for painting works such as thinning ratio,
atmospheric temperature, humidity, recoating interval and drying time
shall follow the paint manufacturer's recommendation.

After application of paints, damaged parts shall be repaired in
accordance with the Builder's practice and the paint manufacturer's

2 Rudder Equipments 舵设备Two (2) balanced type rudders shall be provided
as shown

on the Schematic Drawing of Rudder System. The area of each rudder is
8.52 m; for steering engine, the nominal torque of turning is
260KN.m.

gear shall be controlled by the steering control system in the
wheelhouse and provided with a manual control device in the steering

angle indicator shall be fitted on the steering gear body.The rudder

2 锚Anchor equipments: 3 bow anchors(one as spare utility), Sibaica
anchors , every heavy 3780 kg; 锚设备:锚三只(其中1只为备用),每只锚重3780Kg;The flash
butt welded stud link anchor chains of Φ54mm of AM2,522.5m(length).
The diameter and length of anchor chains shall be in compliance with
the requirements of the Classification Society.

39mm, made of zinc plated steel line twisted cable.

6 Trials 、Tests and delivery 试验和试航、交付
6.1.1 Inclining Experiment 倾斜试验
The inclining experiment shall be carried out in the presence of the
Buyer's Representative and the Classification Society's surveyor in
accordance with the procedure of inclining experiment and deadweight
measurement prepared by the Builder, which shall be approved by the
Classification Society.
倾斜试验大纲经船级社现场验船师审批,倾斜试验船东及现场验船师必须到场。
The results of the experiment shall be submitted to the Classification
Society for approval.

6.1.2 Mooring Trial 系泊试验
Mooring trial for the main engine with associated aux. machinery and
equipment shall be carried out prior to the sea trials while the
Vessel is moored at the Builder's quay :

第一章总则 General
1.1 概述General
The Vessel shall be a self-propelled Barge Carrier with twin diesel
engines and fixed pitch propellers suitable for carrying large or very
large objects and equipments driven by a high speed marine diesel
engine in unlimited areas.
本船为双机、双定桨、柴油机推进的尾机型甲板运输船。主要装运大型物件与大型设备本船适用于无限航区。
The vessel sails in unlimited area. The CCS classification symbol in
machine is : 本船适用于无限航区航行。船级为中国CCS,轮机入级符号为:★CSM BRC
Main propusion are main diesel engines、Flexible couplings、reduction
gearbox、intermediate shaft and stern shaft to propell the propellers.
The positions to control main engines are Nav. room and watch room.
主推进装置由柴油机、弹性联轴节、减速齿轮箱、中间轴和尾轴驱动螺旋桨。主机操纵站设在驾驶室和集控室。The electric
generating system shall consist of three (3) main generators and one
(1) emergency generator. The main switchboard shall be suitably
arranged in ECR and Emergency switchboard shall be arranged in the
emergency generator engine room.

satisfied not less than 6 times to start continuously main engine from
origin condition. The highest pressure is 3.0Mpa. Main air compressors
supply the air. The controlling air、mess air in engine room is
supplied by air bottles after pressure reduction. Air bottles supply
mess air to bow and horn etc. The air is supplied by mess air
compressor.

displacements and pressures of the pumps for ship service and
auxilimary machine service should equipped by CCS and necessary in the
spot. The displacements and electric power should be designed by the
standard of the factory.
为船舶系统和辅助机械设备服务的泵的数量、排量和压力根据“CCS”规范及实际需要配备。泵的额定排量和电机功率按制造厂标准设计。
1.3 系泊和航行试验mooring trial and sea trial Mooring trial and sea trial
shall be carried out by the Builder in accordance with the sea trial
procedure which shall be prepared by the Builder according to Class
requirements and Testing of New Ships and Builder’s standard, and
shall be submitted to the Buyer and the surveyor for approval.The sea
trial should be carried out after resolving the breakdown in mooring
trial and meet by the owner.
系泊和航行试验由船厂按设计单位编写的技术设计中的试验大纲,再编写实效试车大纲,经船东及验船部门认可后方可进行试验。航行试验应在消除系泊试验中的
故障并征得船东船检同意后进行。

1800mm。There is a hatch in platform above the main engines. The crane
for main engines and auxiliary engines is under upper deck. The

on sailing condition. Each could supply power to make the ship work

room. One emergency generator could supply emergency power when main

1 轴系shaft system
2 Main proplusion are double main engines and double propellers. The
total shaft system including: Flexible couplings、reduction gearbox、
intermediate shafts and stern shafts and the propellers.
3 本船为双机双桨推进装置,整套轴系包括:高弹联轴节(联接飞轮与齿轮箱),减速齿轮箱,中间轴,艉轴,螺旋桨等组成。

The shaft should be integralforging steel machined smoothly and
polished in bearing position. The design of shaft 、propellor should be
in accord with Classification Societies requirements. The thrust shaft
and thrust bearing shall be incorporated in the main engine. Barred
speed shall not occur in the normal operating range from 50 to 100%
MCR load of main engine.
整根艉轴为整体锻钢成,全部加工平滑且轴承处需抛光。全部转动质量包括主机、轴系及螺旋桨的设计必须满足中国船级社有关规定的要求,推进轴和推进轴承和
主机合成一体。转速禁区不应出现在主机MCR 的工况下转速的50~100%。Stern shafts could be token out
fron stern tubes. The stern propllors are connected with stern shafts
by keys. The total length of stern shaft is 5403mm. The basic diameter
is ø313mm.
艉轴可从尾管向船尾抽出。后端螺旋桨与艉轴用键连接。前端轴的联轴节也采用键联接。整根艉轴长度为:5403mm。艉轴基本轴径:ø313mm。
Shafts shall be water-lubricated. Seal equipment should be installed
ahead.
轴系采用水润滑,前部安装密封装置。

2.7 压缩空气设备compressed air appliance
2.7.1 general
2.8.1 概述There are two air compressors, four service air bottles and
one mess air bottle ,the pressure of hooter is 1.0MPa. The air
compressors are automatic controlled by the pressure relay,following
the pressure of air bottles, stopped at 3.0MPa ,started at between
0.6MPa and 0.8Mpa.One of air compressors could be supplied power by
emergency switch board.

第三章泵 Pumps
3.1 概述 General 各种泵应适应和满足船用要求。
All kinds of pumps should be suit and satisfied to the ship
requirement.
除了有特殊说明外,一般的泵与电动机应为直接联接。
General pumps should connect to electric motors directly unless
special instrution. 立式泵应装设牢固的铸铁或焊接的电机座(托架)以支承电机,并在泵壳下设置强结构的底座以使其安装在机座
上。
Fixed or welding fundation under pumps or motors should be installed
for fixing vertical pumps.
卧式泵及其原动机应装在公共底座上,且在船上纵向安装。
Public fundation under pumps and motors should be installed for fixing
horizontal pumps.
对于燃油泵和滑油泵,在其机座上应设油盘。对于装卸油的泵,在其甲板出口和注入口设围油堰。
There should be oil plates on the foundations under fuel and
lubricating oil pumps. There should be oil coaming at inlet and outlet
of upper deck.
泵的承压部分应按船级社要求作水压试验。
Water pressure tests should be done at stress part of pumps.
所有泵的布置要求易于接近,各泵上方应设有供起吊用的眼板,以便维修和调整。
It will be easy to touch all pumps. There are lifting eye-plates above
the pumps for repairing and adjusting them.
除消防泵、舱底泵与压载泵外,需要双泵的场合,其中一台具有相应系统所需足够的容量,另一台泵作备用。Except fire、bilge and
ballast pumps, in double pumps position, one is for service system,
another is for standby.
泵由电机带动,并在排出口装一只压力表,吸入口装一只压力真空表。离心泵出口管装一只放气阀。
Pumps will be started by motors. One pressure watch will be at outlet
and one pressure vacuum watch will be at inlet. Exhaust valves will be
installed at outlet of centrifugal pumps.
齿轮泵、螺杆泵、活塞泵和单转子泵装有安全释放阀。Safe release valves should be installed in
gear、screw、plug、single rotor pumps. 大型离心泵,在其工作运转范围内具有不过载的特性。
Big centrifugal pumps should not be overwork in work region.

3.2.1 离心泵 centrifugal pumps
⑴结构 Structure 叶轮轴应有足够直径尺寸以传递驱动全功率,轴应全部机加工,在轴颈表面应精加工。
Vane wheel shafts should have enough diameters to transfer and start
total power. Total shafts should be machining, and neck surfaces of
shafts should be finishing machining.
⑵材料 materials 材料按制造厂标准。By maker
⑶备件和专用工具 spares and special tools 按制造厂标准。满足CCS 规范By maker and to be
satified by CCS.

3.2.2 齿轮泵、柱塞泵和螺杆泵 gear pumps 、plunger pumps and screw pumps
⑴结构 structure 齿轮泵和螺杆泵均经精加工和仔细清洁,通常泵由所输送液体进行内部润滑。
Gear pumps and screw pumps shafts should be machining or finishing
machining.
They will be lubricated by transferring liquid.
泵应装有相应尺寸的安全阀,安全阀的排出管一般应与吸入端接通。
There should be related safe valve, the exhaust pipes will connect
with the sunction.
⑵材料 materials 材料按制造厂标准By maker
⑶备件和专用工具spares and special tools 按制造厂标准。满足CCS 规范By maker and to be
satified by CCS.

第四章净油设备 Chapter purification equipments
4.1 燃油分油机 fuel oil separators

机舱内设两台离心式船用燃油分油机,分油机为整体式。材料按制造厂标准。There are two (2) centrifugal
maritime integral fuel oil separators. Maker decides materials.
每台分油机设有必要的附件,如一个流量指示器,一个压力表和温度计等。
There are some fittings for necessary, for example, a flow indicator a
pressure watch and temperature gauge.

每台分油机连续运转并靠定时器自动大部分排渣。分油机起、停可在机旁手动操作。
Each separator run continusly and exhausts sludge automaticaly. Manual
operation for starting and stoping could be carried out beside the
machine.
分油机设一个带异常报警的自动控制板,布置在分油机附近。
There are automatic control plates with innomal alarm near it.
在出现故障时,如排渣后不关闭,水的排出口有油泄漏情况,分油机将自动停车。
Separators will stop automatically if they meet problems, like no-
closing after exhausting sludge, seak oil at water outlet.
4.2 滑油分油机 lubricating oil separators

机舱内有两台离心式滑油分油机。分油机为整体式。分别对两台主机进行服务。材料按制造厂标准。There will be two (2)
centrifugal maritime integral lubricating oil separators. Each will
work for main engine. Maker decides materials.
每台分油机设有必要的附件,如一个流量指示器,一个压力表和一个温度计等。There are some fittings for
necessary, for example, a flow indicator a pressure watch and
temperature gauge.
分油机连续运转,分油机起动、停车可在机旁手工操作。Each separator could run continusly. Manual
operation for starting and stoping could be carried out beside the
machine.
第五章其它设备 Chapter 5 other equipments
5.1 机修间及维修工具 repairing room and repairing tools 机修间设在机舱平台右舷#7~#11 肋位间。
repairing room is located at #7~#11 starboard in engine room. 机修间内设有一个钢
质钳桌,一只台钳,一个工具柜,一台钻床和一台电动砂轮机。大
型的泵轴或阀杆,大泵的叶轮可在机修间修理。喷油嘴试验泵设在工作间内。There are one table、one table-vice、
one tool cabinet、one drill press and electric grinder. Pump shafts、
valve stocks、impellers could be repaired. Nuzzle test pumps will be
located.

所有起重眼板和横梁要经试验并船厂提交试验合格证书。All lifting eye-plates and beams should be
tested and will have satified centificate to shipyard.
5.2 机器检修设备 repairing equipments 起重机 cranes:
⑴主机用 for main engines 数量number:2 台型式:单轨、手动小车、手拉葫芦起升装置
type: single truck, manual trolley, manual lifting equipment
机修间机械 mechanical equipments in repairing room:
1 台立式钻床, 1 台砂轮机, 1 只带抽屉、柜和台钳的工作台。one drill press、one electric grinder、
one table with a trawler、a cabinet、table-vice.
作为主机的检修设备,将设一手动移动轨道小车,和一台手拉葫芦,安装在起升工字梁上。There are one manual movable
trolley and a manual gourd stalled at lifting beams.
机舱里重量超过100kg 的其他机械的检修必要时也装有吊梁吊环或其他设备。根据有关机械设备的重量确定相应起重设备安全工作负荷并加注明。
Elevator-link or other equipments, if necessary, should be installed
in engine room when the machine weight is over 100kg and instructed
safe work load.
5.3 机舱通风 ventalation in engine room
机舱设有三台电动轴流风机。一台型号为CZ-120B 为送风机,风量:60000~84000m3/h, 全压615~490Pa,功率
18.5Kw;另两台型号为CZ-80A 其为一送一抽,风量:21000~30000m3/h,全压670~460Pa,功率7.5Kw;其容量满足
主机、锅炉、发电机分别在100%负荷时运行及满足船上常规的要求。There will be three(3) electric axial
fans. One will be sender with model of CZ-120B, capacity of 60000~
84000m3/h, pressure of 615~490Pa, power of 18.5kW; The others will be
sending and drawing fans with model of CZ-80A, capacity of 21000~
30000m3/h, pressure of 670~460Pa, power of 7.5Kw; the capacity will be
satisfied the normal and 100% load requests when main engines、boiler、
generators run.
三台通风机设计为两台送风,一台主要抽左舷热风。
Two of three(3) fans will be sending, one will be drawing heat wind
from port.

空气从露天甲板引送到机舱。
Air will be drawing to engine room from weather deck.
风机材料按照制造厂标准。The fan marterials will be according to maker’s standard.
通风管道制成矩形断面,主管用3mm 钢板,分支管用0.7~1mm 厚钢板。The section of vent pipeline will
be made of steel plate with the thickness of 3mm, and the branches
will be steel plate with the thickness of 0.7~1mm.
5.4 油水分离器 oil water separator
设一台油水分离器型号USH/C-20,处理能力2.0m3/h,排放标准<15ppm。油水分离器上有一套排油自动控制装置。油量监控器及必要的附
件,如阀及压力表。There is one oil water separator with model of USH/C-20,
treatment ability of 2.0m3/h, exhaust standard will be less than
15ppm. There is one oil monitor、automatic control appliance to exhaust
oiland other necessary annex, for example, valves and pressure
watches.
结构和材料按制造厂标准。油水分离器分离出的水中油的含量最大不得超过15PPm。不断检查分离出的水中油的含量,如果不合要求,排出的水就自动地返回
到污油水舱。油水分离器安装冲洗接口。The constructure and marterials will be according to
maker’s standard. Oil from exhausting water will be less than 15ppm.
If not satisfied, the exhausting water should be return to sawudge oil
tank. Washer connection should be installed in the separator.
第六章主机和减速齿轮箱安装Chapter 6 main engines and gearboxes installing
主机和减速齿轮箱安装于船体基座上,主机和齿轮箱机座采用螺栓固定,在主机和齿轮箱定位后由螺栓连接而成。详见主机安装图。main engines
and gearboxes should be installed on hull foundations with screw
fixing after stationing. Shown on main engines installing plan.
第七章动力系统Chapter 7 power system
7.1 系统设计原则 system design principle 系统设计满足船舶规范要求,管路设计满足设备性能及使用。
System design principle should be satisfied the rules. Pipeline design
will be satisfied ship properties and proposes.

2 主冷却海水系统 Main sea-water cool system


本系统包括主机、发电柴油机、空调装置、减速齿轮箱、艉轴冷却等海水冷却系统。The system include mainengines、
generators、A.C.、gearboxes、stern shafts cooling.
系统中设置高、低位通海阀箱各一只,高位海水阀箱设于#25~#27 肋位左舷,低位海水阀箱设于#25~#27 肋位右舷近船中处。There
are high,low sea chests. High one will be located #25~#27 at port. Low
one will be located #25~#27 at starboard.
本船主机海水冷却的部分有空冷器,淡水冷却器,滑油冷却器。Air-cooler, fresh-water cooler, L.O.cooler
will be Sea-water cooling by main engines.
系统内每台主机设有一台主机海淡水备用泵,通过阀门管路即能做海水冷却泵也能做淡水冷却泵,所选主海水泵容量足够用以主机淡水冷却器,减速齿轮箱,艉轴
冷却。There will be one seawater-freshwater standby pump in each main
engine through valve pipeline. The capacity should be satisfied
freshwater coolers、gearboxes、sternshafts cooling.
主机海水冷却水排出口,一路排舷外,一路至减速齿轮箱,一路至艉轴冷却。左侧主机冷却水再分一路至机舱空调冷却水。右侧主机冷却海水排出一路分至机舱棚
卫生间。One branch from seawater cooling water outlet will be to outboard,
one to gearbox, and another to sternshaft. One branch from left main
engine will be to A.C. in engine room. One branch from right main
engine will be to the toilet in engine room.
7.2.2 辅机海水冷却系统 Auxuliary engine sea-water cool system 本船辅机各机带一台海水冷却泵,
海水冷却系统各自成体系。海水泵从海水总管吸水。
There will be one seawater-cooling pump in each auxuliary engine.
Each system could be separate by itself. Seawater pumps will draw
water from seawater general pipes
2 淡水冷却系统 fresh-water cool system (详见:淡水冷却管系原理图) Shown as fresh-water
cooling system 在淡水冷却系统中的主机和发电柴油机属于常规的淡水冷却系统。

Fresh-water cooling system will be normal system for main engines and
generators.
主机各带有淡水冷却泵一台,恒温阀及设置的主机淡水膨胀水箱等组成主机冷却系统。其淡水由放在艉楼上的机舱高位水柜自动补水。There will
be one freshwater-cooling pump in each main engine.thermostat valves
and freshwater expand waterbox etc will compose main engine cooling
system. Fresh water could be supplied automatically by high water box
on poop
主机淡水冷却系统为能确保主机在所有的负荷工况下正常地工作,都需要有合适的过程温度,高负荷时过程温度不能过高,以限制热负荷,及防止在燃烧室另部件
上产生高温腐蚀;即通过恒温阀控制下流经冷却器(其调节水量由主机厂对恒温阀整定出厂)用以调节水温。

当主机在低负荷时,低温淡水在恒温阀控制下,不流经中央冷却器,而利用在对滑油冷却器获得的热量,对空冷器加热,即在低负荷时,过程温度又必须足够以保
证燃烧完全及防止某柴零部件产生低温腐蚀。Fresh water-cooling system for main engines needs
suitable progress tempreture to maintain normal work under all load.
The tempreture couldn’t be too high under high load so as to pretect
part corrison in fired room under hot enviroment.
两主机淡水冷却系统设置海淡水冷却备用泵各一台,其排量及压力满足系统的要求。每台发电柴油机各自具有独立的冷却淡水系统,每台发电柴油机自带淡水泵及
淡水冷却器,冷却方式为常规的闭式冷却系统。Each Fresh water-cooling system will have one
seawater and one freshwater cooling standby pump. The capacity and
pressure will be satisfied by system request. Each generator with one
freshwater pump and one freshwater cooler will have independent
cooling fesh system. The cooling type is close cooling.
7.4 燃油系统 oil system (详见:燃油驳运净化管系图、燃油日用管系原理图) Shown as: fuel oil
transferring purifying system, fuel oil daily system
本系统包括燃油供给,净化,输送,泄放管系。
The system includes supplying, purifying, transferring, discharging
systems.
系统中所设有关轻柴油舱、溢油舱、污油舱均相应配置符合“规范”所要求的液位计或测深设施。The related light diesel
oil tanks, slop oil tank, dirty oil tank should have levelmeter or
measure appliance.
机舱平台各日用舱均视实际情况在出油阀处设置油盘,油位表等。在燃油系统中的重油系统中设加热系统,所有重油舱与柜(如重油舱、重油日用柜、重油沉淀
柜、溢流舱、油渣舱、污油舱)都通蒸汽加热盘管。系统中的重油分离机,燃油供应单元也都具备蒸汽。Save-all drip pans will
be provided at the foot of pumps, purifier and tanks to be led as far
as possible to separated bilge oil tank. There will be heating system
for heavy oil system. All heavy oil tanks (eg, heavy oil tanks, heavy
oil daily service tanks, heavy oil sump tank, slop tank, oil sludge
tank, dirty oil tank) have steam heating coils. The steam should pass
through heavy oil separators, oil supply units.
7.4.1 主机燃油供给系统 oil supply system for main engines
主机正常航行时燃用重油,出港与靠泊时燃用轻柴油。两台主机正常航行时燃油由重油日用柜出油→燃油供应单元→滤器→机器内燃用,余油回到燃油供应单元;
燃用轻柴油时,柴油日用柜出油→燃油供应单元→混合油箱→滤器→机器内燃用,同样再回油回到燃油供应单元。

Main engines fire heavy diesel oil in normal sea-going condition and
fire diesel oil in harbor in or out condition. In normal sea-going
condition, heavy diesel oil will be out from daily heavy oiltanks,
then into oil supply units, filters, then into main engines for
firing, residual oil will be back to oil supply units; diesel oil will
be out from daily oil tanks, then into oil supply units, mix oil
boxes, filters, then into main engines for firing, residual oil will
be back to oil supply units;
7.4.2 辅机燃油供给系统 oil supply system for auxuliary engines 辅机采用常压系统,为:柴油日用
柜出油→滤器→进机→回油至柴油日用柜。
The system will be in normal pressure, oil will be out from daily
oiltanks, then into filters, into main engines for firing, residual
oil will be back to dieael oil daily service tanks.
7.4.3 燃油锅炉燃油供给系统 oil supply system for boiler 重油日用柜出油→滤器→锅炉燃油供应泵组→燃烧器→
回油到重油沉淀柜。
Heavy diesel oil will be out from daily heavy oiltanks, then into
filters, into boiler supply pumps, into bounerm, residual oil will be
back to heavy oil sump tanks.
起动时燃用轻柴油:柴油日用柜出油→滤器→锅炉燃油供应泵→燃烧器→回油到重油沉淀柜。
7.4.4 应急发电柴油机供油系统 oil supply system for emergency generator
在应急发电机室内设一应急柴油发电机油柜,由注入口加油。该系统采用重力方式供油。应急柴油发电机油柜出油→滤器→进机→回油至应急柴油发电机油柜。
There will be a emergency generator oil locker in the room, filling
oil from filling inlet of the locker and to supply oil by weightforce.
The oil line is: out of locker, into filter, into diesel engines, then
residual oil to be back to the locker.
2 燃油驳运系统 oil purifying system

(详见:燃油注入及驳运管系原理图) Shown as: oil filling purifying system
本系统用作燃油注入,调驳,储藏,排卸等用途。
The poposes of system are oil filling, transferring, store,
discharging etc.
系统中所设柴油舱(二只深舱)、重油舱(四只深舱)均可由上甲板左、右舷分别注入,注入时的溢油至溢油舱。Two diesel oil
tanks, four heavy diesel oil tanks will be filled from upper deck at
port and starboard. overflow oil will be into overflow oil tank.
系统中所设的柴油输送泵则承担将柴油舱内油驳至柴油日用柜内;系统中所设的重油输送泵则承担将重油舱内油驳至重油沉淀柜内;同时系统中的燃油驳运泵可将
油舱内的燃油通过甲板上的注油口驳运到船外的接受单位。各舱均相应设置溢油管至溢油舱。

Diesel oil transfer pumps will transfer diesel oil from diesel oil
tanks to diesel oil daily service tanks; Heavy diesel oil transfer
pumps will transfer heavy diesel oil from heavy Diesel oil tanks to
heavy diesel oil sludge tanks; Diesel oil transport pumps will
transfer diesel oil from filling place in upper deck to the receiver
outside. There will be a ovflow pipe in each tank or locker connecting
to slop tanks.
污油、油渣输送泵可将污油舱、油渣舱之残油、残渣驳至甲板回收。Sludge transfer pumps will transfer
recoverable residual oil of sludge tank, to the upper deck.
系统中所有油舱柜均按规范要求设置相应的透气管并接至上甲板以上。
The air escape pipes of the tanks should connect to the position above
upper deck.
在甲板注入管处设置挡油围墙,以防燃油溢出造成污染。There will be oil fender around filling pipe
on upper deck so as to prevent the proplution.
7.4.6 燃油净化系统 oil purifying system
本系统设有两台重油分油机,用作重油分离。分油机从重油沉淀柜吸油,经分离后输入重油日用柜。分油机的油渣和水分别排入油渣舱、污油水舱。
There are two heavy oil separators to separate heavy oil. The
separators absorb oil from heavy oil sump tank, after separating, and
then transfer to heavy oil daily service tanks. The sludge and water
after separating will be exhausted to sludge tank and sludge oil water
tank.
7.4.7 燃油泄放系统 oil discharge system
凡布置在机舱内的燃油设备,包括泵、滤器、流量计等设备,均装设承油盘,由接管将残油泄放至污油舱。Oil drip-pans with
connection pipes for discharging waste oil to sludge tanks should be
installed under all oil appliances including pumps, filters,
liquidmeters,etc.
2 滑油系统 lubricating oil system (详见:滑油驳运净化管系图、滑油润滑管系图)

本系统包括滑油供给,输送,净化,泄放管系。The system will include lubricating oil
supplying, transferring, purifying and discharging.

7.5.1 主机滑油供给系统 lubricating oil supply system of main engines
本系统是独立的滑油供给系统,每台主机带有滑油压力泵,滑油冷却器、滑油自清滤器、滑油压力调节阀,另设置滑油备用泵和预供润滑油泵。The
system is independent lubricating oil supply system. There will be
lubricating oil pressure pumps, coolers,self-filters, pressure
adjusting valves in main engines. Lubricating oil standby pumps and
pre-lubricating L.O. pump will be located for main engines.
本机为干式油底壳,主机油底壳后端有一个滑油出口,流至主机下方的主机滑油循环舱。机带滑油泵从滑油循环舱吸油,经滑油自清滤器、机带滑油冷却器(带恒
温阀),进至主机各需润滑和冷却的部件处,最后流回主机滑油循环舱。Each engine will be with one dry sump.
Lubricating oil will be out from outlet behind the sump, then to
Lubricating oil circularing tank. Lubricating oil pumps absorb oil
from the Lubricating oil circularing tank, through self-filters and
cooler with thermostat, then transfer to the parts need to lubricate
or cool, last go back to the Lubricating oil circularing tanks.
主机起动前,可由油泵直接从主机滑油循环舱内吸油进机。Before starting, oil pumps could absorb oil
from the Lubricating oil circularing tanks, then transfer to main
engines directly.
7.5.2 减速齿轮箱润滑系统 reduction gearboxes lucricating oil system
减速齿轮箱润滑系统自成体系,减速齿轮箱润滑由自带的齿轮泵从油底壳吸油,同时输出油,供齿轮箱润滑、冷却和操纵离合器和操纵的伺服机构。
Reduction gearboxes lucricating oil system will be independent. The
gear pumps in boxes will absorb oil from sump, at meantime; they
transport oil to lubricate and cool gearboxes and the oil will be
service oil for control appliances
齿轮箱润滑系统的流程:油底壳→滑油泵→齿轮箱滑油冷却器→油底壳。The progress of gearboxes lucricating
oil system is: sumps to L.O.pumps to L.O. cooler to sumps.
减速齿轮箱设有一台备用滑油泵。由齿轮箱厂提供。
Each gearbox factory will supply one standby lubricating oil pump.
齿轮箱润滑油应符合齿轮箱厂的要求。齿轮箱滑油由人工注入,根据船东需要可在机舱储备一定的桶装齿轮箱滑油。Lubricating oil
should be satified the factory. The oil will fill by manual. The
lubricating oil chould be stored for gearboxes by the owner.
7.5.3 发电柴油机润滑系统 lucricating oil system for generators
辅助发电柴油机、应急发电柴油机润滑系统自成体系,发电柴油机使用的滑油品种应符合发电柴油机制造厂的要求。发电机滑油根据船东需要可在机舱储备一定的
桶装滑油。发电柴油机为湿式油底壳。机带的滑油泵从油底壳将滑油抽出,经机带的滑油滤器和精滤器到柴油机各需要冷却与润滑的点。

Lucricating oil system fox generators and emergency generator will be
independent. The kinds of oil should be satified the factory. The
lubricating oil chould be stored for gearboxes by the owner. Diesel
engines of generators will be wet sump. Lubricating oil pumps absorb
oil from tsumps, through self-filters and finishing-filters,then

7.5.4 滑油驳运系统 lucricating oil transferring system
滑油储存舱滑油由上甲板注入。系统设置一台滑油输送泵和一台滑油手摇泵。滑油储存舱、污滑油舱均可由滑油输送泵或滑油手摇泵进行驳送。
Lucricating oil will be filled on upper deck. The system will include
transferring pump and manual pump. The pumps could transfer L.O.
storage tank and dirty L.O. tank.
主机滑油循环舱内的油可用滑油输送泵抽至污滑油舱。污滑油舱内的污油亦可通过滑油输送泵抽至甲板排放接头。同时所有滑油舱的油亦可通过该泵抽到甲板排放
接头。
Transferring pump could transfer Lucricating oil in L.O. circular tank
to dirty L.O.tank, also could transfer dirty Lucricating oil in dirty
L.O. tank to exhaust connections on upperdeck, and also could transfer
Lucricating oil in L.O. tanks to exhaust connections.
滑油储存舱内的油通过滑油输送泵可送至主机滑油循环舱。辅助发电柴油机滑油由高位的辅机滑油储存柜以重力的方式流到辅助发电柴油机的油底壳内。
Transferring pump could transfer L.0. in L.O.storage tank to
L.O.circular tank for main engine. L.O.in high L.O.storage tank could
flow into generator sumps by weightforce.
辅助发电柴油机油底壳内的滑油和减速齿轮箱油底壳内的滑油可通过滑油手摇泵驳到污滑油舱内。应急发电柴油机油底壳内的滑油由人工独立加入与排出。
L.O.manual pumps could transfer L.0. in sumps of generators and
gearboxes into dirty lubricating oil tank. lubricating oil in
emergency generator will be filled and exhausted by manual.
7.5.5 滑油净化系统 Lube Oil Purifying System 本系统设置两台主机滑油分油机,可分别对主机滑油循环舱之滑油进行
分离净化。
Lube oil purifier to be connected so that batch purification on the
main engine system for L.o.circular tank. 分离方式:separating mathod
主机旁通分离:主机滑油循环舱→分油机吸入泵→加热器→分油机→分油机排出泵→
主机滑油循环舱。

7.6 压缩空气系统 compressed air system ((详见:机舱压缩空气管系图、艏部压缩空气管系图) Shown as:

本系统包括机舱空气系统与艏部空气系统两块。其中机舱空气系统包括主机起动空气,杂用空气,控制空气部份,系统设置二台空压机,四只主机启动空气瓶,
一只杂用控制气瓶。其一台主空压机除了能由主配电板供电以外,在瘫船情况下能由应急配电板供电。The system devide into
two systems: compressed air system in engine room, bow compressed air
system. The compressed air system in engine room include starting air,
mess air, control air. There are two air compressors, four starting
air bottles, one mess control air bottle. One of air compressor will
be supplied by main and emergency switchboard.
2 主机起动空气 starting air

设置四只主空气瓶(300L×4),压力均为3.0MPa,主机起动压力为2.94MPa。一只机舱杂用空气瓶(80L×1),压力为1.0MPa。二
只艏部杂用空气瓶每只为(80L×1),压力为
3.0MPa。There will be four starting air bottles with work pressure of
3.0MPa, starting pressure of 2.94Mpa, capacity of 300L. There will be
one mess air bottle with work pressure of 3.0MPa, capacity of 80L.
二台主空气压缩机通过压力继电器可自动起、停。二台艏部空气压缩机也可通过艏部气瓶压力继电器可自动起、停。Two main
compressors and two bow ones could start or stop by pressure relay.
7.6.2 机舱杂用空气系统 mess air system 系统采用一次减压和二次减压系统。
There are once reduction pressure and twice reduction pressure
systems.
一次减压:由主空气瓶减至1.0MPa 进杂用空气瓶。Once reduction pressure: reducing air to the
one of 1.0Mpa then into mess air bottle.
二次减压:由杂用空气瓶减至0.4M Pa 供相应的用气设备。Twice reduction pressure system:
reducing air to the one of 0.4Mpa then into related air appliances.
7.6.3 艏部杂用空气、气笛空气、应急柴油发电机启动系统 bow mess air 、horn air system、
starting air system for emergency generator
系统将空压机空气减压后进入杂用气瓶,气瓶空气用于吹气笛,再经减压至0.4MPa 供各用气设备等。
The system reduce air pressure of compressors, then blow air to mess
air bottles for horn, then reduce again to air pressure of 0.4Mpa for
other related appliances.

应急柴油发电机的启动气瓶由艏部的空压机来充气。
The starting bottle of emergency generator will be filled bow
compressors.
7.7 排气系统 exhaust system (详见:机舱排气管系图) shown on: engine room exhaust
system 所有主、辅机、锅炉排气管系的设计布置均考虑尽量减少对主、辅机的排气背压。排
气管表面绝热层为岩棉+0.50mm 白铁皮,其表面温度不超过60 度,保证轮机人员的安全及降低机舱幅射热。
Exhaust pipe systen design for main, auxuliary engines, boiler should
satify as less force pressures as possible to main and auxuliary
engines. The pipes should be covered heat-insulation with rock woll
and 0.5mm thick steel sheet for the surface tempreture will not be
more than 60℃to protect the workers safe and to reduce heat in engine
room.
主机排气管由于锅炉有消音功能无需再安装消音器,其他所有排气管均设置火星熄灭器,排气管出烟囱处采用防雨弯头及假烟囱顶板采用可伸缩结构。Main
engine exhaust pipes needn’t silencer because the boiler will have
this. All other exhaust pipes should arrange spark traps. The outlet
pipes out of chimney Should be with rain-proof bending head. Top
plates of chimney will be flexible.
7.8 锅炉蒸汽加热系统 boiler steam heat system (详见:蒸汽加热管系图) shown on: boiler
steam heat system 本系统设有燃油锅炉一台(0.7t;0.7MPa),热井、凝水视察柜。
There will be one oil-fired boiler(0.7t;0.7MPa) with hot-well,
condensation observe lockers.
7.8.1 蒸汽加热系统 steam heat system
蒸汽主要用于重油舱加热保温,重油日用柜、重油沉淀柜加热保温,分油机加热器加热以及空调热水器加热、油渣舱、滑油循环舱、污滑油舱、溢油舱、污油舱等
加热。Steam will be heated and heat-retaining heavy oil tanks, daily
service tanks, sludge tanks.
燃油锅炉采用炉水强制循环系统。
The forcible circulation system is used in oil boiler.
7.8.2 锅炉给水系统boiler feeding system 燃油锅炉设一个热水井。系统所选用的热井和凝水视察柜等,装置设在机舱平台上,
该设备由锅炉厂提供。锅炉给水通过给水泵由热井抽吸至锅炉,给水泵由锅炉水位控制。
There is one cascade tank in boiler system。the cascade tank and
condensation observe lockers are installed on engine room platform,and
supplied be boiler maker。the boiler feeding water is pumped by feeding
pump from cascade tank to condensation watching tank,the feeding water
pump is controled by boiler water level。

热井设有若干间隔和合适的过滤元件,过滤元件能方便地拆卸。
There will be some space and filtrating equipment in the cascade
tank,the filtrating equipment should be disassembled conveniently。
7.8.3 锅炉凝水系统boiler condensation system
加热保温蒸汽经过油舱、柜加热后,蒸汽凝水先进凝水视察柜后进入热井以便观察蒸汽内是否带有油类物质过来。After the steam
passes through the oil tank,the condensation water first come into the
watching tank,then into the cascade tank in order to see that if there
is oil in the steam. 第八章消防 fire fighting system
8.1 概况 general 本船设两台消防泵、一台应急消防泵,用以提供消防水保护全船。机舱设有机舱水雾灭火系统以保护机舱主机,辅机等主要设
备。机舱还设有CO2 灭火系统保护机舱。此外机舱、机械处所根据规范要求设置一定数量的移动式灭火器(如手提式泡沫灭火器、手提式干粉灭火器、泡沫
枪、推车式泡沫灭火器等)。
There are two fire pumps and one emergency fire pump to supply fire
fighting water To protect whole ship. A fixed local application fire
fighting water mist system to be protecting high risk item/area (main
engine, aux. engine, boiler and purifier, etc.) in engine room to
comply with SOLAS, 2000 Amendment. A fixed local application CO2 fire
fighting system to be protecting engine room. There are some movable
fire extinguishers. (eg. Manual foam extinguishers、poratble
extinguishers、foam guns、trolley extinguishers extinguishers).
8.2 急闭阀甲板操纵系统 deck control system for shut-off valves (详见:燃油快关阀操纵系统图以及应
急发电机室管系布置图) Shown as: emergency shut off valve system for F.O.T and E/
G room pipeline plan
本船的急闭阀操纵箱和拉环,分别设于主机舱、应急发电机舱的进出口外,应急时可在机舱外关闭。Shut-off valve control
boxes will be located in engine room and its rings will be located at
the inlet and outlet of emergency generator. If in emergency, valves
could shut-off out of engine room.
8.3 风机、油泵的停止控制 control stopping fans and oil pumps
本船的机舱风机及机舱各类油泵设有紧急停机和停泵按钮,当机舱失火时可在机舱外关闭这些设施。

There will be emergency push bottons to stop fans or oil pumps in
emergency if engine room met fire.
8.4 机舱通风口的紧急关闭 emergency closing of inlet and outlet of engine room
1 (1) 机舱进、出口门的关闭。Closing of inlet and outlet of engine room
2 (2) 机舱风机进风口的关闭,关闭菌形风帽。Closing of inlet of engine room fans, closing
mushroom caps

第九章 Chapter 9 机舱舱底、压载、消防系统 bilge、ballast、fire system (详见:机舱舱底、消防、压载管系原理

oil and water separate pipe system 本系统按规范要求配置有:according to the rules,
the system will have:

舱底扫舱总用泵、舱底泵直接和舱底水总管连接,可单独工作,亦可同时工作。机舱内设置三个舱底水吸口;其中二只设在机舱艉部两艉轴处各一只,另一只设在
机舱前部船舯底处。另在机舱中纵剖面最底处设一个直通吸口。再设一应急吸口,直通一台主机海水泵。One bilge scavenging and
general service pump、bilge pump will connect to bilge water general
pipe directly. They could work separately and work together. There are
three suctions for bilge water. Two of them will be near two stern
shafts, another will be in center bottom of fore engine room. There
will be one direct suction in loweat place of longitudinal section of
engine room and one emergency one to seawater pumps for main engines.
两台消防泵供机舱及全船消防水用,应急时用应急消防泵提供消防水,其排量压力满足要求。压载水由专用压载泵排出,压载系统设阀门遥控系统,液位遥测系
统。少量压载水由舱底扫舱总用泵排出。

The two fire pumps will connect with the fire main or hydrants. A
emergency fire pump will be done in emergency. Their capacity and
pressure should be satified by the rules request. Ballast water will
discharge by special ballast pumps. There will be vlave remote system、
hydraulic-level remote system. The bilge scavenging and general
service pump will clean less ballast water
舱底水油水分离器可直接从舱底水舱或舱底水总管吸水,经分离后,达到排放标准<15ppm 后排出舷外,分离出的污油存入污油舱、油渣舱。The
oily bilge separator takes suction from bilge wells and bilge water
holding tank, the oil in the bilge water will be separated from the
bilge water. The separated bilge water (<15ppm) will be discharged
overboard. In case of the high oil content effluent will be
automatically directed back to dirty oil tank and oil sludge tank.
第十章 Chapter 10 防污染系统 pollution-proof system 本系统根据“CCS”规范及有关条约设置:

Chapter 10 pipeline equipments
10.1 概述 general
管路的设计将容许承受由于热膨胀及船体弯曲所引起的应力。除了其它注明之外,用适当的弯管或将管弯成环形圈来补偿管路的膨胀。Pipe design
should bear stress by heat-expanding and hull-bending. Without
instruction, bending pipes or circle rings could be compensated the
expanding.
管路应尽量避免形成低凹,管路的低凹处安装泄放接头并带阀。Pipeline should be avoided into as low and
concave as possible. Discharge connection and valves should be
installed in these places.
在管路最低点安装泄放管并引到舱底或积水盘。Discharge pipes should be installed at lowest
places for discharging to bilge or store water plates.
在冷却器透气管上装一阀并将管子弯成“U”型引到积水盘。One vlave is installed on the ventilating
pipe of cooler,the pipe should be bent with“U”type and extend to the
store water plate.
主机滑油管路在装上船之前经酸洗和清洗,装船之后进行系统投油冲洗或船厂常用惯例来进行清洁。
Main engine pipeline should be acidic cleaned before aboard. After
aboard,the system should be washed by oil or cleaned by builder’s
habit.

指定用镀锌管的地方管子法兰在车间焊接和试压后进行镀锌。
If necessary, pipe flanges need galvanic after welding and testing at
workshop.
当管路穿过水密甲板或舱壁时,用水密通舱管件来保证密封联接。泵、热交换器及其他设备的管路布置将使其维修时拆开的管路最少。When the
pipes pass through water-tight bulkheads or decks, water-tight
bulkhead pipe parts should be connected to them for seamless. Pipeline
design should think about the number of them to repaire will be
least.
管子要让开门、人孔、盖板、维修和保养的通道。管子设支架以减少震动。Pipeline design should think about
opening door、manhole、covering plates、repairing and maintaining. The
pipes should be fixed by brackets to reduce vibration.
按照船级社的要求,对管路进行液压试验。The pipes should be hydraulic tests according to
the rules of CCS.
当管子表面温度对人体构成危害时,对露在外面人体能接触的到的所有超过60℃包括冷却水管在内的表面均需进行隔热包扎。If surface
tempreture of the pipes is too high to danger to people, all the pipes
(it is more than 60℃) should be covered insulation.(Including cooling
pipes)
管子尽可能成直线,钢管中心线弯曲半径,一般不小于管子公称直径的两倍,可以用成形弯头来代替。Pipeline will be as
straight as possible. Bending radius will be not less than twice of
pipe diameter。Bending pipes could be insteaded by forming pipes. 非铁的管子不
能直接与钢管直接连接。要求所有的阀都能容易地、安全地接近。任何环路都有泄放塞。The non-steel pipes are not
steel should not connect to steel pipe directly. Each valve could be
easy and safe to approach. All circle line should have exhaust plug.
选择适当的流体流速来决定管子的直径。The diameter of pipes will be decided by liquid
speed.

10.2 海底阀箱 sea chests 海底阀箱采用钢板焊接结构,海水箱内设防腐装置。
sea chests will be made of welding steel plates. There is corrision-
proof appliances in the chests.

每只海底阀箱安装一个海底阀。吸入海底箱装有可拆卸的镀锌钢格栅,其净面积最小为海底阀截面积的两倍。该格栅用不锈钢螺栓及螺母固定。每个海底阀箱安装
一个空气吹洗接头。There will be a sea valve for each chest. The net area of
galvanic steel grid of suction chest should be twice chest section
area. The grid will be fixed by rustless steel screw and nuts. There
will be one connection to clean by air for each chest.
机舱里设一个低位和一个高位吸入海底阀箱供主辅机海水泵、消防泵用。There will be a low suction sea chest
and a high one for seawater pumps and fire pumps for main and
auxiliary engines
机舱再另设一个低位和一个高位吸入压载海底阀箱供压载泵。
There will be another low and a high ballast sea chest for ballast
pumps.
在艏部设一只应急海底阀箱供应急消防泵与生活海水泵用。
There will be a emergency sea chest for a emergency pump and live
seawater pumps.
海水舷外排出接头用钢管或厚度适当的钢板制成。
Outboard connection will be made of steel pipes or enough thick pipe
plates.
所有机舱排水口应在海底阀箱吸入口后面,并避开救生艇位置,并遵照中国船级社要求。All water outlet of engine room
will be behind suction of sea chests, and avoid to touch life-boats,
and be satisfied by the surveyor.
每个阀箱上提供一个带阀的透气管,引到满载水线以上。There will be a air-escape pipe (the exit
will be above heavy loadline) with a valve in each chest.
10.3 阀件 valves
水和油系统中的截止阀有球阀、角阀、闸阀和蝶阀等,这些阀件都是从“GB”与“CB”中选取的。
The types of stop valves in water and oil system will be ball, right-
angled, sluice and butterfly etc. These valves types will be selected
from“GB”与“CB”standard.
管系中阀的型号与用途由系统图上表示出来。
The model and proposes will be instructed in the related drawings.
减压管路上装有一个释放阀。
There will be one release valve on reduction pipeline.
所有自动控制阀包括浮子操纵阀均提供手动操纵装置。Each aumatic control valve including swimmer
operation valve could be manual control.
对于所有非升降式的阀杆的阀装有合适位置的指示器。

Each non-lifting stock valve will have suitable indicator.
安装在燃油、滑油日用舱或柜,按船级社要求安装有远距离切断的阀,按制造厂标准选用气动型的。
The valves which could cut oil or lubricating oil tanks far away will
be air-starting type by maker’s standard.

standard.
(C) 无缝铜管 seamless copper pipes 尺寸:according to(GB1527-87,GB1529-87) 尺
寸按有关规则的要求。 Dimension according to rules.

第十一章其它设备 Chapter 11 other appliances
11.1 烟囱及烟道 chimney and its tunnel
烟囱由钢板制成并提供船东的烟囱标志,其外侧有一个通道门,其顶部有防雨罩。The chimney will be made of steel
plates and be marked by owner’s symble, there is a door ,and top of it
there is rain-proof cap.
烟囱内有主机、废气燃油组合锅炉等排烟管,发电柴油机排烟管在烟囱内,以及各排气火星熄灭器亦在烟囱内。There are exhaust gas
pipes and fire-star extinguishers for main engines,boiler,generators
in the chimney
烟囱的设计成用于机舱自然排风,机舱棚上安装有可闭式百叶窗,在机舱棚外能对通风百叶窗进行关闭。

Chimney design should be benefit to exhaust gas naturally from engine
room. There are closable louver closing it outside engine room
casting.
烟囱里直到烟囱顶部的排气管均设有支架及绝热包扎。烟囱顶的排气管设保护网。
Exhaust pipes of chimney will be installed brackets and heat-
insulation covering and protecting net.
烟囱顶部设有泄水管;排气管路中的消音器上安装有泄水管能防止水进入柴油机。烟囱有透过热雾的足够亮的灯光。
There will be discharge water pipes at top of the chimney; and the
pipes still should be installed in exhaust pipeline so as to protect
water into diesel engines. There are enough bright lights through heat
fog.
11.2 机舱消防系统 fire system in emgine room
在机舱内设二台消防总用泵用作海水灭火。该系统有足够数量的消防栓布置在适当的地方,并配有帆布水带和喷嘴。
There are two fire general pumps to extinguish fire by seawater. The
number of fireplugs should be enough, and with sailcloth firhoses and
nozzles. 机舱里装有CO2 灭火系统,配备了42 瓶68L 的CO2 灭火剂,喷嘴22 个,满足船级设的要求。系统可以遥控操纵,并在驾
控台和集控室设有复示器。
There will be CO2 extinguish system with 42 CO2 bottles with volume of
68L, 22 nozzles. It could be remoted control and there will be
repeaters console and watch control room. It should be satified by
CCS.
机舱设有细水雾系统,用于保护主机、发电机组、锅炉、分油机。细水雾系统设泵、阀组和消防储水箱。该系统能对火警点自动喷淋,亦可在机舱外操纵;同时在
架控台和集控室设有复示器。There will be mist spray fire fighting system to protect
main engines、generators、boiler、oil separators. The system has pumps、
valves and fire store water boxes. The system could be sprayed to fire
alarm places automatically and controlled outside engine room, and
there will be repeaters console and watch control room. 机舱通往外面安全处所的逃口设有
带自闭A-60 级防火门。The escape of engine room should be with self-closing
A-60 class fireproof door.
在紧急逃口围壁的甲板上安装眼板,以便于安装吊起人员的装置。
Eye plate should be installed at coaming of escape so as to lift
people.
11.3 平台、扶手栏杆及格栅 Platform handle railing and fences 平台、格栅、梯子、扶手栏杆、柱子挡板等配
置如下:
Platform handle railing and fences will locate in the followings:
机舱视需要铺设5mm 厚的钢花纹板,支撑其角钢架的规格为63×63×6mm 或50×50×5mm。Steel knurling plates
will be arranged in engine room if necessary. The format of brackets
will be L63×63×6 and L50×50×5.

梯子、机器周围的平台和安全上要求的地方将装有扶手栏杆,机舱所有栏杆用直径约27mm 的钢管制造。Railing with diameter
of Φ27 will be installed at ladders,platform around machines and
necessary places.
通常通道梯子宽度约为600mm,由钢板踏步组成。一般斜梯的倾斜角度约为60°。Normally, the width of ladders
will be 600mm and be composed of winders. The inclination will be
about 60°.
11.4 滤器等 strainers etc 按船级社的要求下列系统设滤器:
The following system should have strainers according to CCS:
燃油系统,滑油系统,冷却海水系统,压缩空气系统。
Oil system, lubricating oil system, cool sea-water system, compressed
air system 滤器的材料按CB 或制造厂标准。The materials should be according to CB or
maker’s standard. 油类管系的滤器下设有接油底盘。
Drip-pan will be located under strainer of oil pipe system.
11.5 舱柜 tanks 机舱里提供用于各种用途的必要容积的舱柜。
There are some tanks with necessary volume in engine room for
miscellaneous proposes.
箱柜由钢板焊接并安装有必要的附件,如测深设备或一个液位指示器,一个透气管,一个溢流管,一个用于清洁的手孔,阀及考克。如果需要的话,还有加热盘
管,温度计座。
The tanks will be welding and with necessary outfits: measure
appliances or one liquid indicator, one air escape pipe, one slop
pipe, one cleaning handhole、valve、cock. Etc. if necessary, could be
with heat worm-pipes,thermal foundation.
燃油舱、燃油日用柜及沉淀柜将提供就地测量及遥测液位装置。Oil tanks、oil daily cabinets and sink
cabinets could be measured or liquid level remote measure.
11.6 机舱涂漆 paint
机舱按照船东的要求涂上合适的颜色漆。此外各种管系将按船东标准涂上不同颜色的漆。
The suitable color paint could be painting by the owner. Otherwise,
pipe system will be painted by different color paint according to the
proposes.
底层管子的上方用箭头来指示液体流向。
The arrows above bottom pipes could indicate liquid flow direction.

11.7 铭牌 name plates
对于机器名称、应急警告及阀件手轮等铭牌用中英文书写。数量按照相应管系图中的数量。The nameplates with names of
machines、emergency warning and valve handwheels and so on should be
written by Chinese and English. The number of them see on the
drawing.
铭牌用黄铜板或铝板制成,并用铆钉或螺钉固定。The nameplates will be made of brass oraluminium
plates , The nameplates will be fixed by rivets or bolts .
第十二章 Chapter 12 绝热及材料 insulation and materials
12.1 概述 general
当机舱温度45℃时其表面温度部超过60℃,要求内部保温及保护操作人员的管子表面需隔热包扎。When the tempreture of
engine room is 45℃, the surface is more than 60℃, then the surface of
pipes, which should be inner maintained tempreture and propected
operators, should be covered by insulation.
2 管系绝热 pipe insulation 材料按要求或制造厂标准。Materials would be decided by
maker’s standard.

G.C.━━玻璃布 glass cloth
R.W.━━岩棉(模制品) rock wood 对于主辅机、废气燃油组合锅炉等排气管在绝热层外用0.5mm 厚镀锌薄钢板包扎。
Exhaust pipes should be covered zinc thin steel plates of thickness of
0.5mm.
(A) 阀件及其他附件 valves and other annexes

排烟管上的连接法兰及膨胀节头用可拆岩棉垫进行绝热包扎。绝热管的连接法兰用可拆岩棉垫绝热层。
Connection flanges and expandable of exhaust gas pipes could be
covered heat-adiabit by movable rock wool. Connection flanges of heat-
adiabit pipes should be covered movable rockwool.
阀件包扎的可拆岩棉垫,约为与它相连接管绝热层厚度2/3。
The movable rockwool thickness for valves will be about 2/3 of the one
of isolutation leyers of connection pipes.
加热的舱柜用岩棉或其他适当材料和厚度进行隔热包扎,外包0.5mm 白铁皮。
Heat tanks should be banded with rockwool or other suitable materials
and covered with steel sheet with thickness of 0.5mm.
在环境温度45℃时包扎后的表面温度不超过60℃。
The surface tempreture after banding should be not more than 60℃ when
the enviroment temperture is 45℃.

12.3 机器及设备的绝热 heat-insulation for machine and appliances
主机、发电柴油机、锅炉的绝热按制造厂标准和60℃以上发电柴油机的消音器外表面同排烟管一样绝热包扎。燃滑油加热器的绝热按制造厂标准。Heat-
insulation for main engines、generators、boiler will be according to
maker’s standard. Silencer of diesel engines with tempreture more than
60℃ should be covered as exhaust gas pipes. Heat-insulation for fire-
lubricating oil will be according to maker’s standard.
Heat-adiabit of heater by boil L.O ahould be nade by maker. 禁止使用石棉。
Forbidden to use asbestos.
第十三章 Chapter 13 仪表等 meters etc
按照机舱中所有设备操作要求提供合适尺寸的温度表,压力表及压力真空表。所有温度表都带有可拆装的螺纹接头。温度表和压力表的结构适用其最大的作用压力
和温度,其量度范围为实际最大值的1.5 倍。一般所有的仪表为黑色的数字白色的表盘。温度表所指示的单位为“℃”,压力表为MPa。There
are suitable tempreture、pressure、pressure vocuum meters for all
machines. All tempreture meters will be with movable screw connection.
The structure of tempreture and pressure meters should be suitable for
max. work pressure and temperature, the region should be 1.5 times of
actual value. Normal meters will be black words and white plates.
Tempreture meters instruct “℃” ,pressure meter instruct Mpa.
锅炉空气瓶及泵类等用的压力表直径为100mm。温度表为棒形玻璃管式。但除上面所述的其他机器的压力表和温度表按制造厂标准。The
diameters of boiler air bottles and pumps will be 100mm. Type of
tempreture meters will be bar glass pipes. Others will be made by
maker.
各加热舱室的温度计为压力式温度计。
The type of tempreture meters in heat tanks will be pressure
最大工作压力或温度用红色标记标出。温度计里充液体。安装在工作管路上,给出精确读数。压力表装有隔离旋塞。Max work pressure
and tempreture will be marked red. Tempreture meters filling with
liquid will be installed on work pipeline for securite data.
第十四章备件 Chapter 14 Spares 备件根据各设备技术、供货协议提供,由造船厂提供并安装在船上。
Spare parts for all machinery and equipment will be furnished by
Builder in accordance with the Class Rules and the manufacture’s
recommendation.

使用的箱子是钢板制造的或木制的,备件项目单在箱子里面。
Spares List will store in the steel or wood boxes where sparea store.
主要备件如下所述为一条船的备件。
The following spares are for single one ship.
14.1 主机 main engine 主机备件按中国船级社的要求和制造厂的标准提供。另供三年易损备件。
Spares will be supplied by standard according to CCS and makers. Easy
damage spares should be supplied for three years.
14.2 轴和螺旋桨 shafts and propellors 一套联轴器法兰的各种尺寸的螺栓和螺母。
A suit of all sizes of nuts and bolts for coupling flanges
一套尾轴密封圈。
A suit of seal tori.
14.3 燃油锅炉 boiler 备件按中国船级社的要求和制造厂的标准提供。
Spares will be supplied by standard according to CCS and makers.
14.4 主发电机 main generators 备件按中国船级社的要求和制造厂的标准提供。另供三年易损件。
Spares will be supplied by standard according to CCS and makers. Easy
damage spares should be supplied for three years.
1 应急发电柴油机 emergency generator 备件按制造厂标准提供。Spares will be supplied by
maker’s standard.
2 燃油分油机(两台) fuel oil separators 按制造厂标准提供备件。Spares will be supplied by
maker’s standard.
3 滑油分油机(两台) Lubricating oil separators 按制造厂标准提供备件。Spares will be
supplied by maker’s standard.
4 油水分离器 oil water separators 按制造厂标准提供备件。Spares will be supplied by
maker’s standard.
14.9 主机起重行车lifting cranes for main engines 按制造厂标准提供备件,包括以下项目:各1 只━━每一尺
寸的滚珠轴承Spares will be supplied by maker’s standard including each size
of boll
bearing.
5 其它 others 100%━━一条船上减压阀膜片 a pressure valve diaphragm piece 1 只━━各种尺寸和
形式的滤器金属网


one for all kinds and types of strainer mental net 3 只━━每一尺寸和形式的柜上的玻璃液位

第十五章 Chapter 15 工具 tools 专用工具供设备的专门维护和检修。
Special tools supply special maintaining and repairing
专用工具根据产品供货、技术协议提供。这些专用工具符合船级社的要求。
Special tools will be supplied by products and technical contracts.
These tools should br satisfied by suveyor.
第十六章 Charter 16 通用工具及测量仪表 normal tools and measure meters 通用工具及测量仪表根据船东
与船厂研究确定。
Normal tools and measure meters will be decided by owner and
builder.
