The contact of members for search etc by txt looks to be very workable
and is good due to the reception of a lot of mobiles, will take time to
perfect but feel good idea,

We figure there will be some teething issues, especially re integrating
the squad contacts into this system. I'm not sure to what extent the
squads organise things with their contacts - does the same contact
person usually do a ring around - does the choice of squad contact
depend on who is at the top of the list, etc. Perhaps this might lead
to a roster system for squad contacts - thoughts?
