Good Morning! Today is Day 5

The Athletic Award Ceremony is now CANCELED. Please listen to
announcements for a possible rescheduling.

This week there will be Locker Clean Out on Thursday and Friday, June
12th and 13th. Students with lockers on the 1st floor will clean
their
lockers on Thursday, 2nd floor on Friday. Students are advised to
bring home a little each day to make it easier.

The Moving Up Ceremonies will be held this Thursday. Students who
handed in their ticket request forms received their tickets today or
yesterday
in homeroom. Please place these tickets in a safe place as they will
not
be reissued. Also if you did not hand in your ticket request form,
you will be able to view the ceremony via video conferencing in the
gym.

Any girls interested in trying out for Cheerleading either here at
the
Jr. High or at RCK should attend an informational meeting scheduled
for Wed. June 11th in the large cafeteria.

Friday, June 13th is the last day that forms for the 8th grade class
trip
to Great Adventure will be available. The trip costs $75 which
includes
transportation, all you can eat lunch and park admission. Payment must
be made by either cash or Money Order to WJHS. Sign up for buses will
be at 6:15am the morning of the trip. Parents need to pick up their
child
at 7:30pm.

7th Graders who signed up for the Mentoring Program and who handed in
their permission slips will have a meeting next Tuesday and Wednesday
June 17th and 18th.

plenty of fluids and stay in the shade or indoors.
