Dear WITS Community members,

 

We are delighted to invite you to the upcoming General Body Meeting of the Wisconsin Tamil Sangam. The meeting is scheduled to take place on Sunday, December 14th. This meeting holds significant importance as it marks the closure of the current team and the welcoming of the new team.

 

To celebrate this transition, brunch will be served during the meeting. In order to ensure that adequate arrangements are made, all attendees are kindly requested to RSVP by Dec 11th with their headcount.

 

Your participation and input are crucial for the success of our WITS, and we encourage all members and interested individuals to attend.

Since it is a residential area, street-side parking is available; if possible, carpooling will help reduce the parking problem.

·        Welcoming of new office bearers

·        Planning for upcoming WITS activities

If you are interested to be part of the Executive (a two-year term), Please send in your nomination to wisconsint...@gmail.com by Friday, Dec 12th, 2025, 5:00 pm CST.

 

You are eligible to be on the WITS Executive – if you are:

 

1. Currently an active WITS Board member for the year 2024-2025.

2. An Active member of WITS for the past 2 years (2023 to 2024).

3. Participated in at least 4 events conducted by WITS in the last 2 years.

 

 

The WITS Executive and Advisory Committee will be responsible for overseeing the new committee selection process.

 

Newly elected Executive team are required to sign a conflict-of-interest disclosure, an acceptance of responsibility letter, and must adhere to WITS code of ethics policy.
