looking for an attorney specializing in end-of-life stuff

Hey Folks,

Any recommendations on an attorney that can help me with working out the details of managing my dad’s affairs after his death?

I’ve engaged an attorney that just doesn’t seem to be getting the job done and me and mom are getting frustrated.

We don’t want to make mistakes.

DO NOT go to Cheryl David.....as they have been horrible to deal with on my Aunt's estate....still working on it and she died Feb 5th....of course they insisted on their money upfront....and they were not cheap. I wished I had looked into John Blust....I think my trust level would have been much higher.

Do NOT go to David McClean as well.  Terrible did not show up for meetings and did not file papers with the county.  Something very odd about his behavior the entire time he dealt with us.
