You might have heard/seen some of the information about “bird flu” or H5N1 infecting dairy cattle. The state health officials have shared some flyers about raw milk consumption (see attached). Please share with your networks (ex: to local food producers, local consumers, etc.). Here is more information from Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.
