Hi All,
I hope you all had a great week here at the Center. I feel like the studio staff and myself have been knocking out tasks left and right. I'm so excited that we were able to get some amazing new kiln furniture from Len Currin ( thanks for the hookup Kimberly Grossman ). We will get that organized and put away as soon as possible.

This next week will be 5 weeks into our Fall Adult class session so we are halfway through already and closing in on the busy time of year, the holiday season. The studio staff and I will be doing our best to keep the kiln turn over going and glaze buckets full.

Also as a gentle reminder please don't handle other students' work as you pass through the studio. All members of the studio can help the studio staff out by communicating your needs or concerns as they arise, that would be amazing! We love happy students and a well organized / smooth functioning studio.

Here are the big goals for this coming week:
  1. Light fixtures will begin to get replaced with new LED bulbs - if they are too bright please rotate them in the fixtures.
  2. Cafe Exhibit change out will occur on Monday - please take some time to check out our new exhibit by Jessie Vaughn ( Natalie Kottwitz - sister ).
  3. Art:360 will begin on Tuesday evenings from 6-7:30 pm - the studio will be closed during this time except to school students participating and instructors.
  4. If time permits this week two more side projects for the studio staff would be to begin wheel maintenance and test out our new to us test kiln ( Thanks Dick Lang!)
Yours in Clay!
