Last Days for Bisque and Glaze before the Holidays

Hello WCAC Students and Teachers, 

If I have not had a chance to meet you in person, please let me take this opportunity to introduce myself to you and share some important upcoming dates. 

My name is Priscilla Dahl and I am starting as the WCAC Program Director/ Studio Manager in early December. A bit about me:

Artist Statement

Priscilla Dahl Pottery

Priscilla Dahl is a ceramic artist working with red, earthenware clay that is fired to cone 02. She decorates her pottery with a technique combining layers of color and paper stencils. This technique allows her to apply the ceramic materials in a painterly way to include texture and movement in the composition. Priscilla loves the ephemeral quality of light and atmosphere and strives to express some of that quality in her designs.

I graduated from NYSCC at Alfred University with my BFA in 1997.

In 2014 I completed a Master's Degree in Library & Information Science from Wayne State University.

I look forward to meeting you- I will be at WCAC on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays.

LAST DAY TO BISQUE will be 12/ 16

LAST DAY TO GLAZE will be 12/ 20

The studio will be closed on December 24th and on December 25th.
