I've said publicly many times that WBS was a metal shop that made amazing-sounding gear.
EMF was the metal shop of McCurdy Radio. (the logo gives it away) It is currently up for auction:

You can see some McCurdy blue and brown paint in the punch bins.
it's an amazing collection of what it takes to build this sort of equipment.
I wonder if there are some metal shop pictures of WBS out there....
