Role - PeopleSoft/Recruiting 9.1 SME

Location - Sacramento, California (United States of America)

Start - 04-Jul-11

End - 02-Dec-11

Rate - $75/hr plus expenses (Flexible)

ü  Need Experienced PSFT Recruiting consultant.  Prefer experience with Release 9.1.  Government experience a plus.

ü  Conduct, gather, develop, and document business requirements in support of the PeopleSoft HRMS 8.9 upgrade to PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 module

ü  Develop and manage a requirements traceability document to ensure all requirements are managed appropriately

ü  Work in partnership with customers Information Technology Services Branch (ITSB) Technical Manager(s) and technical staff to plan and coordinate technical requirements, design, development, and implementation of this upgrade

ü  Develop HCM test cases and scripts for Customer Acceptance Testing and System testing in HP Quality Center

ü  Coordinate and oversee Customer Acceptance Testing of HCM Core upgrade. 

ü  This includes overseeing the planning and coordination of test activities

ü  Perform system testing including end-to-end testing and document outcomes in HP Quality Center

ü  Ensure upgraded PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 includes appropriate security as required

ü  Follow customers  policies and procedures

ü  Utilize the ITSB IISD PMO project methodology templates as needed

ü  Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and follow customers Core Values. 

ü  Capture decisions, issues and risks as needed, attend meetings. 

ü  Assist in troubleshooting, resolving and participate in cutover activities. 

ü  Provide production support for 5 weeks post Go-Live. 

ü  Long-term engagement.
