Air and Space Museum Fly-Out April 12th

Hello,
I sent this e-mail to our rental customers, but thought y'all might be interested in joining us. If so, please RSVP to me and then meet us at W96 around 8:30AM on Saturday, April 12. You may also attend the complimentary briefing if you like, we will announce the date soon on our website. If you would like to have an instructor accompany you, let me know and I will see if we have sufficient staffing.
On Saturday, April 12, 2014 New Kent Aviation will be hosting our third fly out, this time to Washington-Dulles International Airport (IAD) to visit the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum (located on the field, http://airandspace.si.edu/visit/udvar-hazy-center/ .) I have spoken to Signature (the FBO at IAD) and they have quoted me the following fees, for which customer's will be responsible.
Handling Fee of $35 OR purchase 8 gallons of fuel at the current price of $9.15/gallon. (These prices are as of March 8 and may change by April 12th.)
Landing Fee of $13.01 for the 152 and $11.72 for the 172's (Don't ask me why the 152 is more expensive.)
Parking Fee of $24 for the 152 and $29 for the 172's.
In exchange for these fees, Signature will provide complimentary transportation over to the museum (although the driver would probably appreciate a tip), and the museum entrance is free. You won't need to pay the $15 car parking fee at the museum.
Prior to making this flight, you must take the FAA's free online course, Washington DC Special Flight Rules Area, available at FAASafety.gov. If you have already taken this course, it wouldn't hurt to re-take it as a refresher. In addition, New Kent Aviation will provide a complimentary briefing one evening on flying into the SFRA and IAD approximately one or two weeks prior to the flight. We will announce the date and time as soon as possible.
As of now, both Dondi and Pete are available to provide instruction on this trip if desired. I am waiting to hear from other instructors and will open up their schedules if they are avaialble. I will make my schedule available as well if I am able to get the day off work.
Instruction for this trip will be billed based on flight time and any pre or post flight instruction. You will not be billed for time spent at the museum.
