W96 Runway Closure

The runway at the New Kent County Airport will be closed on Wednesday August 7 for re-numbering and re-marking.  The current weather forecast for Wednesday doesn't look conducive to that type of work, but the contractor has not yet postponed. The contractor has moved the date on me a couple of times, but I will do my best to keep everyone up to date.  Please make sure that you check your NOTAMs.  The work is scheduled to take all day (beginning very early), so if you need your plane Wednesday, you will need to move it on Tuesday.

Due to the poor weather forecast for the nest several days, the marking project for the runway at W96 has been postponed.  I will let you know as soon as the contractor has given be a new date.
