Job Title: Solution Architect

Duration: 12 Months
Job Location: Milpitas, CA

 

*Candidate must be California local.

*Candidates must have 10+ years of experience.

 

Technology Requirements:

 

• Hands on hardware development or system integration experience with robotics and embedded systems 
• 3-5 years iOS or Android or Windows mobile hands on development OR Web based Front end development - Angular, Html-CSS or Javascript 
• 3-5 years Backend development stacks based on- Node/java/lamp/ruby/python/php
• 5+ years Extensive debugging experience especially memory leaks, threading issues, networking issues
• 3-5 years experience working on Networking protocols - TCP/IP/HTTP/Chat protocol/WebRTC 
• 1-2 years End to End system architecture development expertise
• DB/Big Data technologies - mongo/cassandra/nosql/mysql/hadoop/cloudera/mapr etc
• 1-2 years Hands on development in one or more of the following fields (Desired to have)

Ø  Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality

Ø  Wearables

Ø  Robotics

Ø  Machine Learning

Ø  Latest innovation technologies like 3D/4D printing, Wireless charging and the like

Ø  Hardware /pcb design and development

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

Supports the architecture, designing and governance of large scale technology solutions that deliver business value across the organization, continuously improving time to market.

 

• Supports singular features or applications
• Demonstrates knowledge of solutions within assigned domain
• Designs and deploys assigned segments of enterprise operating environments
• Develops architecture for current business solutions, accounting for future business needs
• Serves as a resource to deployment and support teams after launch

 What We’re Looking For:

 

• Deep passion for innovation, learning and technology
• Hands on tinkerer comfortable with learning new technologies and comfortable with ambiguity in requirements. 
• Strong organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
• 2+ years of experience in architecture development
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in MIS, Computer Science or related field
