MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Project Management Services is providing the responsibility for and management of CLIENT information technology projects. The Project Manager must adhere to the CLIENT Project Management Methodology Policy, in addition, projects will be managed by following the CLIENT Project Management Methodology and by employing best practices based on Project Management Institute’s PMBOK® or the California Project Management Methodology (CA PMM).
- Must have a minimum of five (5) years of business analysis experience working on data processing or business-related projects; at least three (3) years of experience must have been in a Lead capacity with a high level of responsibility on a project (Project Management).
- Must have a minimum of five (5) years of application development or maintenance experience working on data processing related projects; at least three (3) years of experience must have been as a participant in the independent oversight process (Project Oversight).
- Must have participated in at least two (2) or more successfully completed projects.
- Must have experience in the management and development of business, technical, and administrative requirements for a project.
- Must have experience in the facilitation, development, and use of capturing requirements.
- Prepare user acceptance test plans and evaluate contractor/program deliverables
- Must have experience in the development and use of traceability matrices in support/monitoring of project success.
- Conduct special assessments, analysis, and report and presentation preparation as required for senior management and key stakeholders at all levels.
