House Keeping--Poll Volunteers

Good Morning Ward 1:
Early voting has begun so if you cannot make it out on primary day please go vote at Judiciary Square, 441 4th St., NW from 8:30am-7:00pm or starting on the 24th through the 31st at the early voting satellite locations (listed below).
Poll Volunteers: If you were not at the February Meeting and/or you haven't passed along your interest and availability to work at the polls for the Primary please let me know asap. I will be forwarding all of your names and information to Nick Jeffress and Jim DeMartino at the DCGOP; they will be coordinating poll watching training as well as scheduling the best precincts for us to be at for the times we are available. If you do not want to train as a poll watcher and wish to just volunteer please indicate that in your response (along with any other special requests you may have).
FUNDRAISING!!!--A big part of political effectiveness comes down to the dollars and cents. On March 26th the DC Republican Committee is having it's annual Lincoln Douglass Dinner and Reception with the 2012 Presidential Primary Straw Poll!!! Congressman Pete Sessions is our keynote speaker and there will also be a Silent Auction with a lot of great items including restaurant gift certificates, vacation homes and lunches with political 'celebrities'.
