I did some research on your question because I would also like to know
the answer. And I have some good news for you. The libero is approved
for high school in the 2005-2006 season, if your state approves it. In
the 2006-2007 season the libero is approved nationally. Here is a link
to the full report on the libero decision. It was just released in
January 28, 2005 so it is very recent news.
