I dont really understand the receipt that was sent for the Japan Pass. See words in Red.

Unused portions of the Willer Bus Pass are *NOT* eligible for a partial refund.Both unused expired Willer Passes and used Willer Passes cannot be refunded.
*Reservations using the Willer pass can be refunded while still in the reservation stages. The pass must have been unused (first ticket / first reservation) in order to be eligible. I think the bus id is used to identify the tickets purchased.
Maybe we will need to use them to buy the ticket.
But as to the number of ticket: why is is it 3?
I am not so sure.
I counted 4 tickets 785 786 787 788.
Maybe it identifies you as 786 and listed the other bus id numbers
