groups, tell us about your experiences.

I think that specialilzing is good for a VA business.  I found my niche was working with small contracting companies because of my years of experience working in facililties management, construction companies, plumbing & HVAC companies, etc.  I also found that many small contracting companies,  are really in need of VA's.  Many owners are trying to do it all by themselves without much success.
