Although I am currently working for a company my hope is to be working
full-time as a virtual assistant over the next few months. My home
office is in North East Pennsylvania so I've just recently started
marketing my business there and online.
Just alittle about my background:
I am an IT professional with over 8 years of experience and I have
worked in several capacities; manufacturing, software industry and
higher education. I have extensive experience as a software trainer as
well as application and administrative technical support.
I am a multi-task oriented person who is proficient in an array
software programs and able to produce high quality work in a timely
fashion. My ability to work well with others and/or independently along
with excellent time management, organizational and communication skills
allows me to love what I do and do it extremely well.
I enjoy helping others understand technology and how to make it work
for them and since I have such a diverse skill set I thought being a
virtual assistant was an ideal job for me. I do realize I still have
lots to learn and I find new things everyday...
I'd like to hear from anyone in the Virtual Assistant community that
has tips fo us newbies so please join the Virtual Assistant Forum and
share any information you think might be helpful.
Thanks for joining!
