Dec 2, 2025 Hike at Buzzards Rock Trailhead -- Cancelled

Being hopeful and trying to lean forward doesn’t always work.

 

Due to the inclement weather only a small number of people expressed interest in this hike.

Road travel to the trailhead looks safe with up to ¾ inch accumulation of snow and ice then rain.

 

The rocky ridge on this trail won’t be much fun with that much fresh slush in it. 

I’m cancelling today’s organized vigorous hike and will replan it for later in the season.

 

I’m sorry it didn’t work out.
