Tuesday Vigorous Hike, September 23: Buck Ridge, White Rocks, Sam's Ridge, Buck Hollow

I am out of town until Sunday but my recollection is that this is roughly a 15 to 16 mile hike. There are options for hikers to make shortcuts if they choose. 

I will post more details and a map on Sunday. 

The hike will follow the following trails:

Buck Ridge

Hazel Mountain

White Rocks

Hazel River

Sam's Ridge

Hazel Mountain

Buck Hollow

The floods in late winter washed some trail crossings away. However the NPS has been repairing similar impacts at other stream crossings so we will see how they have restored the Hazel River crossings.
