Cannot delete MyPages

Hello, I am a new user of a website which uses Vignette, and am
experiencing a problem with the mypages functionality of the site. I
have been searching for documentation on this issue to no avail. The
website allows users to create their own mypages, however the delete
this mypage link does not function correctly, in that it merely
reloads the current page and does not delete the page from my account.
I have tested this in recent versions of both mozilla firefox and
internet explorer, and the same issue is present. I would like to know
if this is a known issue in the portal software, or if there are any
recommended steps to fix this issue, to further assist the sites
support personnel in rectifying this issue. I plan on submitting a bug
report in the near future, and any input would be greatly appreciated.

Which version of Vignette Portal you are using? Is there any info in log
file?
