Key Responsibilities include:
· Lead critical IT initiatives and drive behaviors toward the
attainment of successful project completion, including project
initiation, scoping, approach, approvals, process redesign,
staffing
and project implementation
· Provide oversight for all facets of a project from detailed
business
requirements development and budgeting through successful
completion,
continuous tracking and improvement

Skills Required: the successful applicant must also have proven
capability in the following:
10+ years of business and project management experience in IT or
with
system related exposure
5+ years staff management
Demonstrated leadership capabilities
Demonstrated experience with strategic and operational planning
Demonstrated experience with budgeting process
Ability to manage demand from multiple clients, and source
services
from multiple providers (both internal and vendor).
Strong process orientation with the ability to create and
institutionalize robust, efficient, and repeatable project
management
practices, tools and support processes.
Strong business orientation with the ability to build and manage
multiple business relationships at senior levels
Excellent communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of WEB based and CRM systems
