Is there a way to insert a blank line for another entry between
existing entries?

Yes!
There are 3 ways that you can do this
Way 1: You can click the up arrow on the row containing the last blank
row until it appears in the position that you want it to be in
Way 2: You can drag the last blank row to the position you want it to
appear in, you can do this by dragging the left most column of the
table, and dropping it where you would like it to appear
Way 3: Why do this at all? If you'd like extra space between text,
simply enter in number in the 2 spacing columns in the right side of
the table!

Use Way 3 to keep your settings permanent. Tried the other 2 and
found that after I save the project and reopen it, the spacing is
lost.
