This can also happen if you're using Windows Vista Busines Operating
System, due to the security rights scheme that Microsoft has used in
this operating system.
To get around this problem, install videotagger into a directory that
contains no spaces (so for instance, C:\Program Files\VideoTagger
would be a problem, because of the space between Program and Files in
the directory name)
