I've tried several times to install VideoTagger and I keep getting
'Cannot install application, operation timed out'.

VideoTagger's installer actually depends on java being installed on
your machine - this could be causing the problem.

Java is typically installed and auto-updated on roughly 90% of windows
pc's. If you need to download java, visit
http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp

If this does not solve the issue, then please elaborate. Does the
installer not open at all? Does it bring this error up during
installation - at what point? etc.

thx

This can also happen if you're using Windows Vista Busines Operating
System, due to the security rights scheme that Microsoft has used in
this operating system.

To get around this problem, install videotagger into a directory that
contains no spaces (so for instance, C:\Program Files\VideoTagger
would be a problem, because of the space between Program and Files in
the directory name)
