I was wondering if anyone else has had similar issues. It seems my radio will only transmit the GPS Coordinates from when the HT app is first started. I have it set to beacon every 60 seconds while I'm driving around, but each time the beacon only contains the location data from when I first started the radio and app. I think it's been doing this since the last update and I do have Location source set to System. I've also made sure location permissions for the app are set correctly.

I also went ahead and got on the beta firmware yesterday to test out KISS capabilities. Using APRSDroid works great, however I'm still having the issue with the location not updating in the HT App. It's also funny that when in KISS mode, the radio will still beacon with the settings last used in the HT App, so I'm sending out APRS via APRSDroid and the radio is still sending out it's original beacon every 60 seconds. I have to remember to disable all of that before using KISS.

There is an issue with the latest release and bugs have been reported to the developer.

I thought the N7500 had been bricked but found that if I turned off scan feature in the memory the radio would TX on the channel as before it would not.

It may have turned on the No TX for that channel.

This means that each memory will need to have the scan turned off and resaved…  This is what I’m finding. So Far!

This upgrade and KISS feature may have caused other issues, so check your settings and test your findings please.
