Hi All
Below is the test I did on the motorcycle from home to Chessington between 45- 50 miles motorway or cross country.
On the way to Chessington (lower route) I had RF and Igate on beaconing every 30 seconds and sharing location every 1 minute (aprs.fi did comment on duplicate position!)
I had noticed before the lack of RF receiving stations on the SW side of the M25 and Woking area before over a couple of years when in the car using a Kenwood 7100.
Return trip (Top) RF only shows the distance travelled (red line) before signals are heard when I near Heathrow.

I carried on this test tonight to see what RF only would do and also an App on the Android phone..
Hi All
Did a motorcycle ride out to night and did a comparison test of RF only on the N7500 and and Android App with uses the phone network. the attached PDF shows the route and the TX hits that got into the RF Igate from the bike. I'm pleased with the results seen just using RF only. Min G0JMS
