Display channel name

I just updated the firmware on the N7500 after a bit of inactivity and the channel names are no longer showing up, it displays the frequency. I cannot find a setting to display name instead of the freq. I'm sure I'm overlooking something.

The channel data should show in the app, first check each memory to make sure you have it stored in app.

I think that the update puts a default set of channels into the radio from the app. Not your stored memory groups.

There is nothing wrong you just need to send your memory group to the radio and you will then be happy...

When you turn on the radio each time it sends the stored memories to the app.

Thanks for helping. Now I just need to figure out how to update the firmware on the BHM-78. I can get it to connect to the phone via the phone Bluetooth but I cant seam to get the app to see it...

In the android app you will or should be able to see in the top RHS the icons and they will give you access to settings.

In those settings you should see the BT microphone which you need to press and do update.. it's not a smooth operation but I manages to do it after several attempts..

Thank you again. I was trying under pair new device in the HT app. Ill stop asking dumb questions now.
